  1. Another important topic that has a huge impact on the practicality of a blog is text formatting.

    When I first started writing for the web, I wrote like I would for an essay with long paragraphs and indenting, etc. It took a while for me to realize that short sentences, short paragraphs, and lots of subheaders are crucial. They make blog posts much easier to actually read.

    It’s good to see that a discussion of tags is part of the program. Most users are confused about the difference between tags used for grouping similar content and meta-description tags used for SEO.
