Joscelin Magana moved to North County in 2004 from Long Beach with a vision to settle down and start a family.

Since then he’s been taken in by this community, blessed with twins and made some incredible new friends. He started out from day one selling real estate, apprenticing under one of the best real estate agents in the country, and now proud to be a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Carlsbad.

Joscelin’s expertise is in selling homes that should of sold, by hadn’t. He works with first time home buyers and is an expert in short sales.

Debra Simpson began her career in publishing in 1990 as the publisher of The Business Resource (formerly known as Networks), a small business newspaper in San Diego County. In 1995, McGraw-Hill lured her away to the world of multimedia and Web publishing, and recognized Debra as the Author of the Year in Multimedia Development in 1996. Debra's been podcasting North San Diego Business since November 2008, interviewing small business owners in North San Diego County. She also consults, sets up and produces podcasts for other small businesses.
